Overall: Man, this is just a great pour. The nose is wonderful, but leads you to worry it might be too sweet. However, once it hits the palate it’s not cloying, but instead has a nice spiciness to it. Add in the fact that it drinks well under the proof point, and this is a dangerous sipper that you can drink easily and get smashed. But wow, what a pour. The mild sweetness and delightful spices on the palate give way to a slightly astringent finish which makes this pour really run the full range from a sweet nose to medium sweet palate and dry finish. Thanks for reading!
